Where can we have an aperitif with a good cutting board and a quality bottle? Where can we have a nice dinner, small but high-level? These were the questions we asked ourselves when we were in the center of Turin for an evening or even for lunch. But, being experts in the food and wine sector, it was difficult to be satisfied. So in the end we gathered our thoughts and said "let's open it ourselves". CheeseTO was born first of all from the desire to create quality, both in hospitality and in service. We are happy to have opened it. We are happy to welcome you every day.

After many, many years spent in the restaurant world, I can finally say that I know what I'm talking about. The play on words just to tell you that when I suggest a dish, a wine to pair, a cheese to taste or a dessert to enjoy, well, trust me. I'm Amedeo and I have an immense passion for this job. I'm interested, I like to do things myself, I always try to improve myself. I love cheese and wine and the result of all this love brought me to CheeseTO. So, if you see me wandering around your table, just ask me what I recommend. I'm sure that with all these years of experience, I'll be able to tell you something good.
